ACTION Self Defense is a dynamic and proven self-defense workshop. Women learn about the psychology of aggression, and physical and verbal techniques to prevent and get out of dangerous situations. In these turbulent times, it’s reassuring to know our options. There isn’t one right way, but a range of choices. Once we know how, we really can defend ourselves.
