ACTION Self Defence for Women is a dynamic and proven self-defense workshop. Learn to prevent and get out of dangerous situations. In this full-day workshop, you'll learn about the psychology of aggression, how to hit, where to hit, plus super effective verbal self-defense. We explore defending ourselves in a car, if there are weapons, and gang situations. In these unsettling times, it’s reassuring to know your options. There isn’t one right way, but a range of choices. We really can defend ourselves once we know how. Focus on what you can do!
